Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a developer who actually likes writing code and solving problems, not just managing Jira tickets. We don't need a "ninja" or a "rockstar." We need a reliable human being who knows how to build web applications from the database up to the UI without constant hand-holding.

We care about clean code, shipping features that actually work, and respecting your time.
The Tech Stack (Our Toolkit):
We use these tools daily. You don't need to be an expert in all of them right this second, but you should be comfortable with the core:
* Frontend: React, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS.
* Backend: Node.js, Express (or NestJS).
* Language: TypeScript (we use it everywhere; types save lives).
* Database: PostgreSQL (with Prisma or Drizzle ORM).
* DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, deployed on AWS/Vercel.

What You Will Actually Do:
* Build features: You’ll take a requirement (e.g., "users need a dashboard to track X") and build it. That means designing the API endpoint, writing the SQL query, and building the React component.
* Fix things that break: Bugs happen. You’ll troubleshoot them, fix them, and write a test so they don't happen again.
* Review code: You will look at your teammates' PRs and give helpful feedback, and they will do the same for you.
* Own your work: We don’t micro-manage. If you say a feature will be done by Thursday, we trust you. If you get stuck, you communicate early.

Who We Are Looking For:
* You have roughly 3+ years of experience. (Years don't matter as much as ability, but you need to have seen some production fires).
* You understand that "working remote" means over-communicating. You write clear updates and document your code.
* You are comfortable with SQL. You don't just rely on the ORM magic; you understand what the database is doing underneath.
* You care about the user. You don't ship a button that is impossible to click on mobile just because "it works on my localhost."
