Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be based in our head office in Swords, Co. Dublin and work as part of the finance function.
They will be joining an experience & talented team and this opportunity will provide an excellent training ground to a candidate looking to develop their career and become a qualified accountant.

  

Key Tasks:

  • Providing accounting support to the Senior Accountants & Finance Managers
  • Preparation of the Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team in the administering the AR/AP functions
  • Assist in processing & analysis of staff expenses
  • Assist the finance team in all areas of monthly commercial and financial reporting
  • Providing support & assistance during Annual Audit
  • Project work in helping with internal process improvements


Qualifications and experience:

  • A desire to pursue a professional accounting qualification
  • Recent college graduate or graduating in Summer 2025
  • Degree in the areas of Business, Accounting, Finance or similar with 2.1 award or higher
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and non-finance teams
  • Strong attention to detail and professional integrity
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
