✅ Ghanaian citizen who graduated between 2022–2024
✅ Completed mandatory National Service (valid certificate required)
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR), Psychology, Sociology, or related Social Science
✅ Comfortable navigating complex HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a strong advantage)
✅ Absolute integrity in handling highly confidential candidate data
✅ Strong scheduling, coordination & analytical skills across time zones
