Are you a final-year student or *a recent graduate (within the past 2 years) in Ghana, looking to make an impact in the energy sector?*

Genser Energy, in partnership with SEO Africa, is looking for the next generation of leaders to join its 2026 Graduate Programme.

Successful applicants undergo world-class training, combining both technical and soft skills to prepare them for corporate careers.

Following the training, participants are placed as graduate trainees with Genser Energy Ghana, where they gain hands-on industry experience and contribute to impactful energy projects.

- Final-year students in any Ghanaian University.
- Ghanaian university graduates from the last two years.
- Academic standing of Second Class Lower and above.
