Hardware Shop Supervisor

Location:  Haatso Bohye
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Gender: Male
Age Requirement: 31 – 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or training where needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Resolve staff and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with management to implement new policies or improvements.

Requirements:

• Must be male, aged between 31 – 40 years.
• Minimum of a Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays.
