A reputable hotel is seeking to engage the services of competent, committed and results- oriented persons to fill the position of a Porter,

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, including carrying bags to and from rooms

Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and answer any questions,

Ensure the lobby, entrances, and public areas are clean and organized at all times.

Provide assistance with parking, vehicle retrieval, and valet services as needed. Handle guest requests, such as room service deliveries or running errands within the hotel

Assist with hotel event setups, including moving fumiture and equipment.

Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Address any guest concerns or needs, ensuring they feel valued throughout their stay.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift/carry luggage and other items as needed.

A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.

Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
