Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff and monitor performance.
• Train and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and manage inventory effectively.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.
• Prepare reports on room status, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
• Enforce health and safety standards in all cleaning and housekeeping activities.
