Develop and implement the HR strategy, aligning it with the overall business plan
Oversee the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, advertising positions, screening applications, and conducting interviews
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and terminations
Develop and implement performance management systems
Oversee compensation and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with all Ghanaian labor laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Stay informed of current HR trends and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR matters
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies
Strong understanding of Ghanaian labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) a plus
