HR MANAGER

A reputable pharmaceutical company in Kumasi is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
* Lead performance management and appraisal systems

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in HR management role
