Key Responsibilities
Safety Management: Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
Audits & Oversight: Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Prepare HSE reports and safety performance metrics.
Incident Response: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Training & Liaison: Organize HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programmes. Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies on HSE matters.
Qualifications
Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Certification: NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or related HSE certifications are required.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant HSE experience.
Core Knowledge: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
