Future Space Center is a retail business that provides essential household products including home appliances, furniture, and beddings. The company serves customers who are setting up new homes, upgrading their interiors, or managing apartments, offices, and hotels. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a qualified and passionate Human Resource (HR) Professional to join our team.

Role Overview
The HR Professional will play a key role in building a strong workforce by managing human capital processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting a positive, high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff orientation
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Coordinate performance management and staff development programs
Handle employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and best HR practices
Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification (IHRMP, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage
Minimum of 2–5 years relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
