Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate staff welfare and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
