Instructional Designer & E-Learning Content Developer

About the roles
Reef Talent Academy (RTA) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Instructional Designer and E-Learning Content Developer to transform curricula and expert knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences.
The successful candidate will design structured online courses, develop interactive learning materials, and create effective educational content that enhances learners’ understanding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Transform approved curricula into clear, outcome-aligned modules, lessons, activities, and storyboards.
• Develop learner resources, interactive lessons, instructional videos, and multimedia content.
• Create quizzes, assessments, and practical exercises to evaluate learners’ understanding.
• Refine learning materials based on expert reviews and learner feedback.
• Configure and manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Test course components and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of learning materials.
• Manage content approvals, revisions, and updates.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and other team members to develop effective learning experiences.

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience transforming curricula or training materials into structured digital lessons.
• Strong lesson-planning, storyboarding, and instructional writing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience with learning activities, assessments, instructional videos, authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and meet deadlines.
