*Job Brief*
We are seeking a highly organized and creative *Interior Designer – Operations Assistant* to support our CEO and design team. The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design or architecture and be proficient in industry-standard design software.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Support the Head of Design with proposals, schedules, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage showroom inventory.
• Assist with supplier visits and sourcing of materials.
*Required Skills & Tools*
Proficiency in:
• 3D modeling, architectural drawings, BIM, and visualization tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Sweet Home 3D, Floorplanner, Planner 5D, Homestyler).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
• Canva for creating mood boards and visual presentations.
