Job Purpose

You will provide IT support across user devices, systems, and networks while ensuring smooth operations, basic cybersecurity compliance and efficient digital processes.


Your Responsibilities

Support across IT

  • Provide day-to-day technical support, set up user devices and manage IT onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist in maintaining network connectivity, troubleshoot issues and support basic network configurations.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services, manage user accounts and access and assist with email and cloud systems.
  • Support the digitization and automation of internal processes using Microsoft tools.
  • Assist in enforcing IT security measures, managing device protection and promoting security awareness.
  • Support CCTV systems, monitor performance and ensure regular data backups and recovery checks.
  • Liaise with service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain service delivery.
  • Maintain IT records, prepare basic reports, and support documentation of systems and processes.

Educational Background

Minimum: HND/Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a structured environment

Career Excellence

Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and network infrastructure.

Certifications

  • a CompTIA Network+ / Cisco CCNA
  • Microsoft 365 Certified (Administrator/Modern Desktop)
  • ITIL Foundation

Additional Advantage

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Omada or similar network ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow tools
