Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; and will be required to show high qualities of integrity, sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in administration to ensure efficient and effective management of student records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records (electronic and hardcopy).
- Generate reports on student enrollment, progression, and graduation.
- Analyze data to inform academic planning and policy decisions.
- Assist with academic policy implementation and compliance.
Qualification:
Applicants must have a minimum of Master’s degree in Administration, preferably, Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration.
