LOAN OFFICERS

JOB OVERVIEW:
Our client, a reputable finance company, is seeking four Loans Officers to join their dynamic team, with one position available in each of the following. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients with effective financial solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promote loan products and attract potential clients through marketing and outreach activities.
* Assess clients' financial status and loan eligibility in line with company policies.
* Monitor loan performance, follow up on repayments, and prepare monthly reports.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal lending policies.
* Work collaboratively to streamline loan processing and enhance service delivery.
* Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Degree or Higher National Diploma in Commercial or Financial studies.
* Knowledge of financial principles and SME lending.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
* Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
