We are Hiring 30 Loan Recovery officers to join our team.
Location: Weija New Bortianor
Salary: 1500
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients who have due/overdue loan payments via phone calls and other communication channels.
• Work with clients to negotiate viable repayment plans.
• Clearly and accurately explain various payment options, terms, and the consequences of non-payment.
• Maintain records of all client interactions, payment agreements, and account statuses.
• Ensure all debt recovery activities are conducted in strict accordance with legal standards and company policies.
• Identify and resolve client issues or disputes related to their accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, treating all clients with respect and empathy throughout the recovery process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A diploma or degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
• High level of empathy and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in a debt collection or customer service role is an advantage
