Key Responsibilities

• Continue to develop expertise in machines, attachments, financing and point-of-sale customer value agreements
• Recommend Mantrac solutions to improve cost-per-hour, productivity and profitability, and demonstrate superior customer value
• Manage an account base primarily by using the telephone, email and text. And maintain a disciplined call campaign, quality accounts, update the customer's contact information, develop the relationship, an uncover opportunities for Mantrac solutions
• Strongly encourage Mantrac participation in their next machine purchase
• Meet, greet and engage walk-in unassigned prospects and his or her account base at the assigned coverage list. Provide a superior retail experience at the dealership
• Conduct or arrange demonstrations of machines and attachments to interested potential customers
• Complete 120 successful customer calls per week
• Monitor and report all pertinent market information relative to competitive activity, customer information and product performance
• Achieve the planned annual rate of call (PAR) for each customer
• Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with sales policy
• Meet assigned revenue goals

Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a good first degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
• People skills and problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in telephone sales job
• At least 2 years experience in the industry (Heavy equipment sales & marketing)
