Job Summary
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
Requirements
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in hospitality or commercial facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety procedu
