Job Summary:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand, increase market share, and drive revenue. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, and data analysis to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy and Planning:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
* Plan and project manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, events).
* Collaborate with the marketing manager and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
* Assist in the creation of the annual sales and marketing plan.
* Campaign Management and Execution:
* Coordinate and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services.
* Develop and create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, social media posts, and videos.
* Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
* Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
* Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
* Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and recommendations to management.
* Digital Marketing and Brand Management:
* Manage the company's online presence, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media.
* Oversee and manage social media campaigns, tracking performance and engagement.
* Ensure a consistent brand message and "tone of voice" across all communication platforms.
* Budgeting and Reporting:
* Contribute to the preparation of marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
* Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
