Job Summary

A leading and innovative Advertising company is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven *Media Buyer/Planner* to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple channels, including digital, print, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven media strategies that enhance brand visibility, maximize return on investment (ROI), and support overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media plans aligned with campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and market research insights.
• Negotiate and purchase media inventory across digital, print, TV, and radio while securing the best rates and placements.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools, adjusting targeting, creative, and media mix as needed.
• Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to enhance ad effectiveness and ensure strategic alignment.

Skills and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in media research and buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, TV buying platforms).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with media planning/buying tools such as: Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, STRATA, or Prisma, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360) etc.
