As a Medical Representative, you will be a member of the Nutrition Department team.
Your main mission will be to actively educate health professionals (HCPs) on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and its continuity for as long as possible after the introduction of complementary feeding, and to provide accurate and scientific information on Nestlé's infant nutrition products and services to HCPs based on the needs expressed when breastfeeding is not possible, as well as provide accurate and evidence-based information regarding the dangers associated with the use of inappropriate breastmilk substitutes.

Your responsibilities:
 

  • To provide accurate and scientific information to enable active recommendation by health professionals (HCPs) of Nestlé's infant nutrition products and services where and when appropriate and when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible.
  • Work to build long-term, mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision-makers. To be recognized as the trusted provider and partner of infant nutrition solutions by HCPs.
  • Ensure optimal coverage and management of the territory, including prospecting and information collection and sharing (i.e. competitive intelligence) through relevant tools/systems such as MDMS.
  • Provide quality service to HCPs by monitoring product availability, visibility, freshness, and pricing in the territory.
  • Create, implement and execute the territory's action plan agreed upon in the allocated budget.
  • Assist in the implementation of the WHO Code Management System in their assigned territory.

 

What makes you successful:

 

  • Scientific training (biochemistry, chemistry, nutrition, etc.); or medical Bac +3 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or sales or commercial sector or related fields.
  • Good writing and oral skills in French
  • Good knowledge of English would be an asset
  • Valid driver's license and good driving practice
  • Previous experience in medical delegation or marketing sales would be a plus
  • You are well organized and rigorous, your autonomy and your taste for a job well done will be essential assets for the position
  • You are a good team player, you know how to handle pressure and are result-oriented.
