Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Doctor Engagement & Promotion:
  • Visit healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals, to promote our range of medications.
  • Provide detailed information about product benefits, usage, and precautions.
  • Address queries and provide educational support to facilitate prescribing decisions.
• Market Development:
  • Identify potential new clients and expand the network of healthcare providers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and clinics to ensure continued support.
• Order Collection & Delivery Coordination:
  • Collect prescriptions and purchase orders from doctors.
  • Coordinate with the pharmacy or distribution team to ensure timely delivery of drugs to patients.
  • Follow up to confirm receipt and proper usage of medications.
• Product Knowledge & Compliance:
  • Stay updated on product information, clinical data, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare advertising and promotional guidelines.
• Reporting & Feedback:
  • Maintain detailed records of visits, prescriptions, and sales.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the management.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical promotional practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
