DESCRIPTION:
The Merchandiser will ensure that products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted in accordance with company standards. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with sales teams, and executing marketing campaigns at retail locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions.
- Gather and report market insights and customer feedback.
- Support the execution of marketing and merchandising strategies.
