MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER

INDUSTRY: DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION: ACCRA

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Understand the organization's Theory of Change (ToC) and its link to current and future projects
* Review and update the organization's M&E policy and M&E framework;
* Establish indicators and parameters for monitoring;
* Establish and operationalize data tracking systems for the organization as well as for each project;
* Prepare M&E reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
* Support annual evaluation of impacts of our programs and review of ToC
* Training of program staff on M&E and integrating M&E in project implementation

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATION
* Minimum of Post-Graduate Degree in any of the Social Sciences. However, degrees in Project Management, Land Economy or Land Policy from a recognized institution will be an advantage.
* A Professional Certificate Training Program in Monitoring and Evaluation or related area
* At least three (3) years post qualification experience in a similar role
* Experience in the use of data management systems
* Experience in Development Practice is an added advantage
* Set up the M&E department of our organization and oversee its effective functioning
* Promote a culture of learning and adaptation within the organization. This includes identifying lessons learned from monitoring and evaluation activities and using this information to improve future interventions.
* Building the capacity of staff and partners in monitoring and evaluation methods and tools.
