MORNING SHOW PRODUCER BEACH FM (TAKORADI)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and competent individual with excellent creative and organizational skills to occupy the role of a producer in our organization.
Responsibilities
• Write and organize program scripts to aid presenters on their show.
• Generate and arrange content needed to keep shows relevant.
• Liaise with presenters and the programs manager to come out with themes for different programs.
• Coordinate with invited guests, ensuring they are well-prepared and briefed on the show's format and topics.
• Work with the technical team to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/ Higher National Diploma (HND) in Media Communication, journalism or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of two(2) years experience as a producer or similar role.
