NSS Video Editor

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented NSS Video Editor to join our team in Haatso. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content for social media, marketing, events, and other organizational communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Trim, arrange, and enhance video footage, audio, images, and graphics.
• Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and other visual effects.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to develop creative video concepts.
• Assist with filming and capturing video content when required.
• Ensure videos are visually appealing, properly formatted, and suitable for their intended platforms.
• Organize and maintain video files, footage, and project assets.
• Keep up with current social media video trends and editing techniques.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• Must be an NSS personnel or eligible for National Service.
• Background in Film, Multimedia, Communication, Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good understanding of social media content and video formats.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• A portfolio or samples of previous video-editing work will be an advantage.
