Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT & digital solutions
Conduct pre-sales discussions and basic solution pitching
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and pricing inputs
Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update lead status regularly
Required Skills & Qualities
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or web/app solutions
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Client-focused approach with solution-oriented thinking
Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings
Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
