About the Role

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing key process engineering activities within the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process design, optimization, and troubleshooting for refinery and oil & gas operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and HSE.
• Provide technical support for plant modifications, expansions, and new projects.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process enhancements.
• Support training initiatives to enhance technical knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or refinery sector.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, HTRI, or similar).
• Familiarity with engineering standards, regulations, and best practices in the industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
