Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistic Manager to oversee procurement, sourcing, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost-effective procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement, sourcing, and logistics activities
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors
* Develop supplier partnerships and evaluate vendor performance
* Monitor procurement metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Implement procurement plans, risk management, and cost-saving strategies
* Optimize inventory management and reduce lead time
* Lead and supervise procurement and logistics teams
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement and Logistics
* Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
* Strong knowledge of procurement contracts, logistics, and supply chain operations
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-sourcing platforms
