Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, negotiating with vendors, maintaining compliance with company standards, and leading the procurement team to achieve operational efficiency and value optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects.
· Source, evaluate, and pre-qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
· Monitor market trends and material prices.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
· Lead, supervise, and mentor the procurement team.
· Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
