PRODUCT OPERATIONS - LOAN MONITORING

Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Operations (Loan Monitoring) team member to support the end-to-end loan process. The role will focus on monitoring loan activities, ensuring proper documentation, and working closely with Sales and Loan teams to ensure smooth loan operations and effective repayment tracking.

Key Responsibilities
 - Track loan performance and flag any delays or issues early 
 - Work closely with Sales team to follow up on merchant documentation and post-loan activities  
 - Coordinate with Loan team on loan status, approvals, and issue resolution
 - Assist in improving loan collection through proper tracking and follow-up 
 - Ensure compliance with internal loan processes and guidelines

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably from a reputable institution) 
- Strong communication and coordination skills 
- Good attention to detail and ability to track multiple activities 
 - Basic understanding of financial/loan processes is an advantage  
 - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Loan team) 
 - Proficient in Excel or basic data tracking tools
