RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and production targets at the poultry division.
- Manage poultry health, feeding programs, and biosecurity measures.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement quality‑control procedures.
- Lead a team of workers and coordinate labor schedules.
- Report performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in agriculture, production or farm operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
