Program Support & Coordination Officer

Impact Investing Ghana is looking for a motivated and highly organised Program Support & Coordination Officer to join our Programs team.
This role will support cross-cutting initiatives across major programmes, including Deal Source Africa, the Enterprise Support Organisation Collaborative, the Pensions Industry Collaborative, Ghana Digital & Innovation Week (GDIW) and other strategic ecosystem projects. The successful candidate will help plan, coordinate, and track project timelines; prepare high-quality documentation; support stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth execution of key project outputs.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of project timelines
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication
• Ensure smooth execution of project activities and deliverables
