Monitoring of all ongoing projects within the center
Liase with Service Expansion lead & manager on project progress and support required
Implement the Project Management Office framework at center level to ensure on time and on budget implementation of the projects
Work closely with E2E and market teams to ensure that all expected project deliverables are completed on time and with quality
Manage a common project documentation repository (SharePoint, project documentation, tools, templates, accelerators etc.)
Perform project quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with the methodology.
Perform transitions reviews and organization assessment on project / transition management to check adherence to the methodology, identify gaps and propose recommendations.
Assess the effectiveness of the program approach and tools adopted for projects, capture learnings, identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.

Experience in large scale and complex transformation projects

Ability to communicate in French( is an added advantage)
