About the Role:
The Nubuke Foundation Centre for Textiles & Clay in Wa is seeking a Project Manager to lead innovative programmes in a serene and creative environment on the outskirts of Wa.
In this role, you will design and deliver exhibitions, manage special projects, oversee quality control, evaluate programme impact, and foster meaningful connections between artists, artworks, and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, and implement exhibitions and creative projects.
• Oversee project logistics, timelines, and quality assurance.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations with artists and institutions.
• Evaluate project impact and report on key outcomes.
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments and with external partners.
• Promote community engagement through cultural and artistic initiatives.
• Uphold the Nubuke Foundation’s mission to support contemporary art and culture in Ghana.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Project Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing art, cultural, or creative projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively with artists, curators, and community partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in report writing, event coordination, and team leadership.
• Passionate about contemporary art, Ghanaian culture, and community development.
