PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role
You are passionate about fruit processing and will enable us to implement new production processes as well as new products. In this role, you will take ownership for new market opportunities and play a central role in expanding our overall factory footprint.

What You'll Do

• Identify and verify new fruit processing technologies
• Develop new commercially viable products
• Evolve technical specifications for procurement
• Implement new manufacturing processes
• Assist the sales and marketing team on product launches
• Close collaboration with suppliers and universities
• travelling activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor/Master in Food Technology/Food Processing
• Experience working within the fruit and drinks processing industry
• Strong intercultural awareness
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and ownership
• Advanced technical skills
• Creativity and curiosity
