Job Summary
The Project Technical Coordinator provides technical and coordination support to ensure that project designs, drawings, specifications, programs of works and site activities are aligned, compliant, and delivered on time. The role acts as a bridge between Site/ Project Manager, construction teams and the head office project management team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree or HND in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 5 years’ experience in construction or real estate project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
