Job Description:
The Regional Courier Representative will be responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring all packages are handled with care. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver packages to customers and partner locations within assigned areas.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of parcels.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery updates.
• Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle (if assigned).
• Report any delivery or logistics issues promptly.
• Promote company image through professional and courteous service.
