Key responsibilities include:
Ensure the development, implementation and execution of the CSD People & Diversity agenda in the region
Partner with CSD regional leads to understand business goals and functional strategy to enhance organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
Coach, guide, challenge and support respective leadership members and their teams
Drive organizational design and strategic workforce planning: analyzing workforce trends and modeling the future resource requirements
Support leadership in driving a high-performance culture
Design strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
Measure organizational health and lead initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and inclusive leadership
Develop and implement reward and recognition strategies, partnering with Global Rewards
Support CSD regional leadership in driving organizational change
Development of high potentials and succession planning
Proactively manage risks associated with labor relations and workforce composition
Drive change management initiatives
Role model for Barry Callebaut leadership behaviors and culture ambassador
Provide functional leadership to local HR teams in our manufacturing sites to create ONE HR community
Travel requirements: 25-35% of time
About you:
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years serving Global client groups
Bachelor’s in Economics, Administration, Business Management or HR Management
Master’s degree preferred
Experience implementing continuous improvement, autonomous teams, and efficiency measures such as TPM, IWS, etc.
Languages: English fluency required; Spanish or French a plus
High comfort with working “in the grey” and navigating through business transformation
Experience in Change Management
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
Experience with HR tools (SuccessFactors a plus)
Proven ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
