Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in coordinating branch, terminal, and field operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in tracking unscanned shipments, delays, and discrepancies, ensuring they are promptly addressed or escalated.
- Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, including unscanned items, delays, and related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with branches, terminals, and operational teams on daily activities and issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role. (Note: Original stated "one (4) year" – likely a typo for "four years")
- Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Preferably Male
