RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Risk and Compliance Officer to identify, assess, and monitor risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement risk management policies
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare compliance and risk reports
• Train staff on compliance procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in risk management or compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and AML policies
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
