Risk Manager

Job Overview:
The Risk Lead will provide effective 2nd Line of Defence (2LoD) oversight throughout all Lines of Business across Ghana, with some support for Nigeria & Kenya. The Risk Business partner will support the rollout and embedding of our Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide ongoing continued support to ensure all risks and issues are captured, monitored and effective Risk mitigation treatment plans and controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, assess, control, track, and report on all risks and issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design risk mitigation strategies.
* Support, educate, and guide the business on all elements of risk.
* Produce Mi for governance.
* Ensure all risks and issues are captured in the corporate risk register.
* Assist with incident management.

Skills:
* Be able to evidence a risk-based approach/mindset.
* Minimum of 2 years risk experience.
* Excellent English written and oral skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships whilst ensuring the integrity of the 2 LoD is not compromised.
* Audit/Compliance Monitoring or Assurance experience.
* Adaptable to fast paced changing environments.

* Institute of Risk Management (IRM) qualification.
