Job Summary:
Nesstra Ghana is growing! As we expand our operations and construction projects, we’re looking for a Safety Officer to join our team in Accra.
If you’re passionate about workplace safety and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Conduct site inspections and safety audits
✔️ Lead toolbox talks and training sessions
✔️ Investigate incidents and recommend improvements
✔️ Ensure compliance with Ghanaian safety regulations
✔️ Develop and enforce HSE policies & procedures
What we’re looking for:
1. Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
2. 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (construction/engineering preferred)
3. Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
