Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
· Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
· Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
· Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing client relationships.
· Manage the sales pipeline, including quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.
· Monitor and report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
· Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial products.
· Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales planning, and customer relationship management (CRM).
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Analytical mentality with the ability to understand market and sales data.
