Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of products/ services within assigned territories
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary to achieving your revenue targets
- Develop strategies for more effective sales in collaboration with the marketing team
- Responsible for mapping potential customers and generating leads for the company through networking, and social media
- Responsible for achieving maximum customer retention by maintaining and strengthening customers’ relationship
- Provide support, information, and guidance on products and services to all customers as required
- Assist the marketing team in exhibitions, seminars & conferences
Personal Requirements and Experience:
- A minimum of HND in Sales and Marketing or a related field. A degree in sales, marketing, or related field is desirable
- Sales and marketing experience in a medical laboratory environment will be an added advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal) with other staff members and act as a representative of the company to the public.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver great results
- Ability to pay attention to details
