RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and site visits.
*Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, offering sound advice and personalized solutions.
*Conduct property tours and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
*Negotiate deals and finalize agreements with clients and developers.
*Prepare and present detailed proposals and documentation for sales transactions.
*Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and support sales campaigns.
*Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during transactions.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress in CRM systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
*Minimum of 4 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
*Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
*Strong understanding of local property laws, documentation processes.
