About the Role

A fast-growing cybersecurity and managed security services provider is expanding into Ghana and is seeking a commercially astute, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead market entry and revenue growth.

This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role responsible for building the Ghana sales operation from the ground up — driving go-to-market execution, enterprise client acquisition, and long-term revenue performance

The successful candidate will serve as the in-country commercial lead and play a pivotal role in establishing the brand as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Ghana go-to-market and revenue strategy
  • Identify priority sectors (financial services, telecom, fintech, government, enterprise)
  • Build and manage a strong, qualified enterprise sales pipeline
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Lead complex B2B enterprise sales cycles
  • Structure, negotiate, and close high-value commercial agreements
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong deal execution and client onboarding
  • Recruit and lead local sales talent as the market scales

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 8 years in cybersecurity, managed services, or related enterprise technology
  • Proven enterprise sales and complex deal closure experience
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (SOC, security testing, managed services, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience launching or scaling operations in a new market is an advantage
