Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, result-driven Sales Representative who is passionate about winning in competitive markets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring strong market visibility for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
- Drive consistent product sell-in and sell-through across retail and distribution channels
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers
- Conduct structured market visits and ensure disciplined customer follow-up
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategy
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and merchandising standards
- Collect payments professionally and manage customer accounts responsibly
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Provide field intelligence to support commercial decision-making
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales in a fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of territory management and distribution strategy
- Target-driven mindset with strong performance discipline
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management
- Effective time and territory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
